Prior to booking your Illumination Session, it is strongly advised to have a consultation. This consultation is a chance to speak with me to ask any questions you might have and to learn more about coaching in general. This gives me an opportunity to understand if I am able to provide what you need from coaching, and for you to understand what you can expect from working with me. I will call you at the number you provide at the time of booking.

Our first coaching appointment will be longer than usual which will provide the opportunity for a deep dive into your area of focus. We will discover exactly what it is you'd like to achieve and collaborate on a comprehensive coaching plan based on your goals and needs.
Coaching is a goal-oriented, supportive, professional relationship that helps you gain clarity, focus, action steps, and energy towards achieving your personal goals. This is the followup session to the Illumination Session and can be re-booked as needed.
Sometimes a laser session is all you need to refocus and reenergize towards achieving your personal goals.
This one-month individual coaching package is perfect for someone who wants to try out coaching for the first time, or for someone who already has a very specific short-term goal in mind that they're ready to tackle over the span of four weeks. Good things still come in small packages!

Sometimes between appointments you just need a quick check-in to give an update or ask a question. This service is only available to established clients (minimum of 6 appointments).
I am available to present on an array of mental health topics for audiences of all ages and demographics. Interviews, panels, podcasts, webinars, keynote addresses, and corporate seminars are all within my scope of competence. The rate is my starting rate and is subject to change based on the specifics of the event. Please permit a lead time of two weeks.
I am very experienced in having and facilitating difficult conversations, and can assist you in navigating a challenging conversation of your own. This is not a clinical service.
A chance to speak with me about any aspect of continuing on to university or a career in psychology, counseling, therapy, and/or behavioral health - like application queries, career advice, study tips for the GRE and other examinations, and specializing in certain disciplines.
A chance to discuss strategies to implement social emotional learning at your school or educational facility. Should you wish me to implement these strategies as an external practitioner, please let me know during our meeting.
Annual visits are routine for your physical health, but it is uncommon to have an annual visit for your mental health. This should not be the case. During this visit we will complete mental health screeners, discuss your general emotional wellbeing, and collaborate on a self-care plan for your mental hygiene. Should further attention be required, or by request, referrals may be made to specialists. Documentation may be provided upon request and will be an additional charge.
